User story 1: I'm a researcher concerned about an emerging pandemic. The typical trusted parties (Chinese Gov't, US Gov't) are censoring articles and information about the pandemic. They are even preventing organizations from testing people for the virus and I have no idea where I can get test kits elsewhere. I need a way to get test kits from a trusted entity as well as to publish my results both in a censorship-resistant manner. I want a registry to look up trusted test kit suppliers and a registry that I can publish my results to where they won't be taken down.

User story 2: I'm a vendor who wants to be able to list what I have available (test kits, antivirals) and receive communication in the way(s) I specify on my profile. I want to be able to update my profile in case my contact information changes.

Stretch: I want to add a listing for each item, and receive feedback/rating on my products by users who actually bought my product.

User Story 3: I want visit the Research Collective's site and be moved enough to join via Telegram bot. [Stake Eth, Donate $, or Pledge Time via Telegram Bot]

User Story 4: I want to know why I want to join an expert DAO, join one, and participate in it via Telegram. [Typeform on boarding doc and/or Telegram Bot. No staking required; they get some gas money if they are apptroved.]
